Psalm 116:3-6 (NLT)
Death wrapped its ropes around me; the terrors of the grave overtook me. I saw only trouble and sorrow. Then I called on the name of the Lord: “Please, Lord, save me!” How kind the Lord is! How good he is! So merciful, this God of ours! The Lord protects those of childlike faith; I was facing death, and he saved me.

The best and most infallible recipe for confronting frightening circumstances is to cry out to God as King David did. Do not be ashamed to let it erupt in a shout of desperation from your innermost being. God has a way of always meeting you with His solutions when you are at the end of your rope.
You may want to cry out like this: Father God, I am in desperate need of Your help. I see no way out. Save me, Lord! Be merciful! Come to my help, I plead, in the Name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
