Isaiah 59:1-2 (NLT)
Listen! The Lord’s arm is not too weak to save you, nor is his ear too deaf to hear you call. It’s your sins that have cut you off from God. Because of your sins, he has turned away and will not listen anymore.

There is only one reason why you feel that God does not answer your requests: the sky seems to turn to bronze because of sin. Nothing gets through to or from the presence of God.
Today I invite you to undo that barrier so that your requests reach the ears of God and His salvation is made manifest.
Pray this way: Father God, I realize now that because of my sins I am losing blessings day after day. Right now, I repent of my sinful way, I ask that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanse me of all evil and that the heavens open over me so that my petitions and Your responses get through freely. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
