Matthew 8:5-8, 10 (NLT)
When Jesus returned to Capernaum, a Roman officer came and pleaded with him, “Lord, my young servant lies in bed, paralyzed and in terrible pain.” Jesus said, “I will come and heal him.” But the officer said, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come into my home. Just say the word from where you are, and my servant will be healed…When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to those who were following him, he said, “I tell you the truth, I haven’t seen faith like this in all Israel!”

This Roman officer had more faith than that of the people of Israel. All he needed was a simple statement from Jesus to believe that his servant was healed.
The one thing that astonishes God is the whole-hearted faith of a person when he puts it to work. If you have difficulties today, look to Jesus, believe in the power of His Word, and declare it, and that simple faith will supernaturally move the hand of the Lord.
Pray like this: Father, today I need Your help. I come into Your presence believing and declaring that Your powerful hand has no limits when it comes to solving my problems. I believe in Your Word. Touch my life. I ask you in the name of Jesus, Amen!
