What Was Meant for Evil

What Was Meant for Evil

Genesis 50:19-20 (NLT)

But Joseph replied, “Don’t be afraid of me. Am I God, that I can punish you? You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.”

It’s a pattern that is repeated many times in the Word of God: if you put your trust and hope in His promises, He turns the evil that others have done to you into blessing.

So let your life be filled with these patterns: do not worry, trust. Do not insult, believe. Don’t quit, wait. Whenever you are wronged, look for God. He turns evil into good, darkness into light and curses into blessings.

You may want to pray like this: Father God, my faith is activated today by understanding Your Word. I renew my trust in You, I will look for You when things go wrong because I am choosing the blessing You have for me. In the name of Jesus, Amen!

Have a blessed day!
