Psalm 37:23-24 (NLT)
The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.

“If God is directing my steps, why do I have this family problem? Why is this disease attacking me? Why am I having financial difficulties?” We often find ourselves asking these “Why?” questions.
The reality is that no one is exempt from trials. In fact, it is precisely in the midst of those difficulties that God begins to guide you so you can overcome them. And even if you stumble, He says you will not fall! This is one of the benefits of those who decide to follow the Lord. Instead of asking, “Why?” look for “What?” “What is God doing?” “What is He going to show me?”
Trust God, and thank Him at all times. He will always hold you by the hand.
Pray like this: Father God, forgive me for asking “Why” and for not seeking “What.” Show me Your way and guide my steps. From today on, I trust in Your hand, that it will not let go of me or allow me to fall. Thank You! In the name of Jesus, Amen!
