Galatians 6:7-9 (NLT)
Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

Many times by helping someone we reap disappointment, deception and misunderstanding. Instead of reward, there is betrayal and frustration.
God’s Word exhorts you to not give up. God reminds you that He has seen your good works, and in due time you will reap the blessings.
Doing good is not only a material thing; it is an attitude of the heart. It is giving a word of encouragement, a hug at the right moment. It is seeing the need of the one who can give nothing back. It is lifting the fallen and accompanying the one who suffers. If you do this, you will reap blessings. God’s justice will not be mocked. What you sow, you will reap.
You may want to pray like this: Father God, help me to look with Your eyes. Sensitize me to feel with Your heart so that I can see and understand that I can always give from what I have. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
