Undeserving But Not Disqualified

Undeserving But Not Disqualified

Ephesians 3:8-9 (NLT)

Though I am the least deserving of all God’s people, he graciously gave me the privilege of telling the Gentiles about the endless treasures available to them in Christ. I was chosen to explain to everyone this mysterious plan that God, the Creator of all things, had kept secret from the beginning.

The great Apostle Paul, remembering his past, his weaknesses and his many sins––including how he used to work for the government persecuting Christians––lived in awe of God’s grace that allowed him to proclaim the wonders of God’s plan and purposes for all those who would believe.

God’s grace gives you the same opportunity. You can begin simply by sharing this “Daily Morsel” even with those who know all about your life, your faults and your past.

God is blessing you and He wants nothing more than for His love to flow through you to help to others pass from darkness to light, and from slavery to freedom.

You may want to pray something like this: Father God, because of Your love and grace toward me, I rise above my guilt and shame to walk in Your forgiveness and freedom so that those around me can find the same joy and purpose I have found. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
