Romans 8:38-39 (NLT)
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

When child leaves home, even though he or she begins to live outside the protection and blessing of the home, the parents’ love for him or her remains unconditional.
In the same way, nothing can separate you from the love of God, your Father. But if you walk away from His covering, you begin to drift, to lose all the benefits of His protection and to expose yourself to the power of darkness.
Come back to His house, to His love, to His protection and to His blessing.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I am sorry for having turned away from You. Forgive me. Today I come back back home to Your Presence. Bless and protect my life, I pray. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
