Romans 12:12-15 (NLT)
Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality. Bless those who persecute you. Don’t curse them; pray that God will bless them. Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep.

People who have faith do not live like the others. They are happy because they have hope, they have patience in the midst of passing difficulties, they bless even when they are cursed, they cry alongside those who suffer and they help others even when they have needs of their own.
This lifestyle is possible when you have Jesus living on the inside, and by living this way, you have the power to literally change the world you live in.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, today I embrace this Word to be my way of life. Empower me by Your Holy Spirit to make every moment and every act count for the blessing of others. In the name of Jesus. Amen!
