Luke 15:3-4 (NLT)
So Jesus told them this story: “If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them gets lost, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others in the wilderness and go to search for the one that is lost until he finds it?…In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!

A lost sheep strayed off alone into danger and imminent death. With no inherent sense of direction, she could neither return to her fold or find food and water for herself.
In the same way, the devil is constantly trying to isolate you spiritually, to weaken you in such a way that you fall into crevices like pride, vice and addictions, adultery, poverty, scarcity––a path of perdition and death.
But Jesus, as the Great “Shepherd”, is out looking for you and inviting you to return to his “fold” where He has abundant life, security, strength and restoration available and waiting just for you!
You may want to pray something like this: Lord Jesus, thank You for coming in search of me. I acknowledge that I have gone astray and wandered from Your ways. I repent for that mistake, and I ask Your forgiveness. I accept You as my Savior, and I want You to be my my Lord from this day forward. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
