The God of My Salvation

The God of My Salvation

Habakkuk 3:17-18 (NLT)

Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the Lord! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!

When you entrust your life to God’s hands, when you put your family and everything you have in His care, you rest assured that it is completely and securely under His control, because Heaven rules Earth.

Especially in these difficult times, your eyes may not be seeing the fruit of all the effort you are putting in. Tell your soul to stop fretting. Take a deep breath. Remind yourself of God’s promises written in His Word, and trust Him with all confidence.

You may want to pray something like this: Father, thank You for Your Word that makes me understand what it means to be totally enveloped in your hands. I give you my life, family, and all that I have. You are the God of my salvation! In the name of Jesus, Amen!”

Have a blessed day!
