The people of Jebus taunted David, saying, “You’ll never get in here!” But David captured the fortress of Zion, which is now called the City of David.

How many times have you been told, “You can’t do it. You will never make it. You can’t win,” by your friends, your competitors, the envious, your own family and perhaps even by you yourself!
His detractors also told the famous King David: “You will never enter here.” But he ignored those negative voices and entered and changed the history of that city forever. Until this day it is know as Jerusalem—Zion—the City of David.
Believe, be encouraged, strap on your spurs. God is putting extraordinary challenges before you and just as David did, He will empower you to achieve the impossible!
Pray this way: Lord, thank You for this example in Your Word because it encourages and strengthens me to achieve the purposes You have for my life. I anchor my faith in You today. I take courage and I set my heart to do it. declare, I can do all things in Jesus! In His Name, Amen!
