Genesis 1:14 (NLT)
Then God said, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be signs to mark the seasons, days, and years.

Just as God determined that were to be seasons and times in nature—a Winter time when trees lose their leaves that later comes to life with the blossoms of Spring; the growing season of Summer that yields its fruit in the Fall––so also are there “spiritual” seasons. Make sure you are in sync with God’s calendar and the signs of the seasons so that after the cold “winter” you have gone through, you don’t miss the new sprouts and the green shoots of the “springtime” that will be the signal of a coming harvest.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, today I ask You to give me the spiritual sensitivity to see and understand the signs of the season of life I am in. I look forward by faith to the new, hope-filled “springtime” You are giving me. I want to burst forth with new life and bear abundant fruit, by Your grace and for Your glory. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
