Isaiah 40:29-31 (NLT)
He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

Whatever your age, hardship and trials end up sapping your strength, hold you back when you are trying to move forward, even try to keep you from getting out of bed in the morning. You no longer face your difficulties with determination.
God says to you, “Trust in me!” and you will receive new strength to overcome any difficulty.
So, take Him at His word. Get up, go for a walk, run again. Trust God, and you will find the new strength He has for you. Fly above your problems. Look at them from above. Don’t let them crush you anymore.
Pray like this: Lord, I need that supernatural strength. I rise to move out in faith and to trust in You. I ask You to help me and strengthen me. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
