Proverbs 21:5 (NLT)
Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.

God cares about you and about things going well for you. He wants you to prosper in everything, but it doesn’t come just for the asking. Wishes, good intentions and shortcuts will not bring lasting success. No! It comes as the result of wise planning and hard work.
That’s what God’s wisdom and strength is for. He knows the end from the beginning, and His strength makes up for your weaknesses and more.
So when you are pursuing the dream God has put in your heart, ask Him for the wisdom to develop it, and when you have it, lean on His strength to put in the effort, perseverance and courage to implement it. Shortcuts will cut you short!
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I put my dreams in Your hands, and I ask You to give me wisdom to develop those plans, and the perseverance, strength and faith to execute them so that the prosperity that You bring to me reaches its full and lasting effect. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
