Proverbs 29:25 (NLT)
Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the Lord means safety.

There are people who feed their souls on steady diet of negative news. The media and networks speak of the pandemic, the economic crisis, insecurity all of which frighten the mind, dry up the spirit and make the body sick.
The troublesome realties of today cannot be denied, but in the midst of them all, you can and must trust in God so that your spirit comes alive, your soul does not panic, your faith rises and your body is protected. God never promised you would not have trouble and heartache, but He did promise He would always be with you and provide a way out so that you could have victory.
You may want to pray something like this: Father, I renounce and reject all fear and anxiety in my life today. Instead, I turn in the opposite direction to renew my trust in You in the middle of these trying times. I declare that You are my Protector. You keep me safe from all evil and because of You, good will follow me every day of my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
