Day by day the Lord takes care of the innocent, and they will receive an inheritance that lasts forever. They will not be disgraced in hard times; even in famine they will have more than enough.

So much of the world today is living in upheaval and what is happening on the other side of the world is suddenly affecting our lives here at home. But the Bible is full of numerous examples of divine help coming in the midst of difficult times.
If you are facing upheaval, seek God now, follow all His counsel and instruction, and you will find His answers to be most opportune and resounding.
Pray like this: Father God, I am in the middle of a most difficult time, but I draw strength from Your Word and hope from Your promises. I abide in Your presence today to receive the opportune answers and guidance you have for me, and I thank You for it in the name of Jesus! Amen!
