Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT)
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him…Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

The Apostle Paul had been imprisoned, but even as a prisoner, he lived in complete peace. That’s why he had the authority to give us a recipe for anxiety that is as simple as it is effective:
1. Do not worry about anything.
2. Put everything in the Lord’s hands.
3. Give thanks to God for everything—including for what He is about to do.
If something is troubling you and stealing your peace—an illness, lack of resources, nighttime disturbances, family problems—whatever the burden may be, lift it all right now into the hands of Jesus. He is already doing all the caring that needs to be done, so give thanks for what you already have and for what is about to come your way. Live thankfully! The result will be that peace you need so much will fill your mind and your heart.
Pray this way: Father God, right now I lift all my cares into Your hands. I know that You are caring for them much better than I ever could. I thank You with every step that I take, and I receive that peace that my heart needs. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
