Psalm 11:3-4 (NLT)
The foundations of law and order have collapsed. What can the righteous do? But the Lord is in his holy Temple; the Lord still rules from heaven. He watches everyone closely, examining every person on earth.

Waves of evil are sweeping our world. Governments are legislating without considering, much less consulting with God, their Maker. Crime is escalating. Disrespect for justice is undermining every standard of law and order. It seems that darkness is prevailing.
But God’s Word reminds us that He continues to rule and light will ultimately triumph over darkness. Therefore, do not give up on God or give in to the perverse systems of this world. Rather put your life in His hands to secure His protection and to walk in His wisdom.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I believe and accept that heaven rules earth, and that nothing happens without You knowing it. Deliver me from evil and the evil one. Lead me in the path of righteousness. Let Your government come and let Your will be done on our earth as it is in Heaven! I cry out to You in Jesus’ Name, Amen!
