Morning Light

Morning Light

Luke 1:78-79 (NLT)

Because of God’s tender mercy, the morning light from heaven is about to break upon us, to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, and to guide us to the path of peace.”

The night is always darkest and coldest when day is about to dawn. In much the same way, if darkness has overcome you, don’t let desperation overtake you. Wait and trust the Lord. The darkness and the cold is a sign that the light of His dawn is about to overcome it all.

Start every new day in His light and with His blessing.

Pray like this: Father God, Thank You for your tender mercies toward me. This morning I look to You to enlighten me at the start of this new day so that I may walk every minute in the pathway of Your blessing and peace. I ask this in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

Have a blessed day!
