Deuteronomy 8:5 (NLT)
Think about it: Just as a parent disciplines a child, the Lord your God disciplines you for your own good.

God loves you so much that He allows you to go through difficult situations to strengthen you, correct you, direct you and bless you with new opportunities far beyond your own imagination.
If something is not working out as you planned, repent if you were in error, ask for forgiveness, accept His discipline, receive His instruction, wait for and trust Him. Mistakes are the pathway to maturity. You will be surprised by what He will do with your life in the next season.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, thank You for being my Father, for taking care of me, correcting me and teaching me how to mature through my mistakes. I ask Your forgiveness for my shortcomings. I long only to follow the path You have set for me. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
