Proverbs 17:9 (NLT)
Love prospers when a fault is forgiven, but dwelling on it separates close friends.

Friendships, life-long relationships and even marriages of many years are destroyed for lack of forgiveness. Holding a grudge is a door open to hatred, bitterness, revenge.
On the other hand, forgiving and apologizing, makes love bloom, renews and revitalizes it.
You don’t have to “feel it” to forgive. It is rather an act of obedience and trust in God, believing that we are among the first to benefit in deciding to do so.
Forgiveness produces healing in your mind and body, freedom to achieve your dreams, and restoration of relationships that were damaged by betrayal, improper attitudes, and misunderstandings.
Pray like this: Father God, in obedience to Your Word I decide to forgive those who have hurt me. I ask You to restore the relationships that have been broken. I ask for and receive Your forgiveness for my sins so that I can move forward in freedom in my life. In the Name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
