Psalm 119:164-166 (NLT)
I will praise you seven times a day because all your regulations are just. Those who love your instructions have great peace and do not stumble. I long for your rescue, Lord, so I have obeyed your commands.

The author of this Psalm knew that the source of this kind of prosperity could only be the Lord and that is why he thanked Him “seven times a day.” In a word, constantly. Going beyond obeying God’s laws, he had grown to love them because they were good to him, and for him.
Dedicate yourself to loving the Lords’s instructions, and the very same blessings will also follow you.
Pray this way: Father God, along with the Psalmist, I, too, praise and thank You for the instruction and counsel I find in Your Word. I love Your law and the confidence it gives me as I walk in it. Because of that, I will continuously praise the Name of Jesus. Amen!
