Psalm 63:1 (NLT)
O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.

How good it will go for you if you initiate your day the way the famous and very busy King David did—seeking God from the break of dawn like one searches for water in the desert. Every morning, thank God for the miracle that you woke up! Throughout the day, let every fiber of your being pursue Him. And at night, thank Him for a successful journey that has made you more thirsty for Him! You will live like a king who made a difference.
Pray this way: Father, thank You so much for this new day. I seek You with my whole heart today. I’m desperate for Your presence to be with me in the midst of the dryness all around. Thank You for being my Fountain in the desert. Be a river of life in each of my activities today. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
