Colossians 3:1-3 (NLT)
Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth. For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God.

When you believe in Jesus as your Savior, your spirit receives life and your mind is renewed and transformed, no longer conformed to the manner in which other people think. Your relationship with your family is changed. Your work is enhanced. You live in the joy of being a blessing to others. You move with confidence because the resources of heaven which do not run out are available to you and by looking there, you will always find hidden solutions for whatever difficulty or need you encounter here on earth.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I receive this new life. Make my spirit come alive. Ignite my soul so that my deeds change. I thank You because in You I find all that I need. In the powerful name of Jesus, Amen!
