Matthew 9:19-22 (NLT)
So Jesus and his disciples got up and went with him. Just then a woman who had suffered for twelve years with constant bleeding came up behind him. She touched the fringe of his robe, for she thought, “If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed.” Jesus turned around, and when he saw her he said, “Daughter, be encouraged! Your faith has made you well.” And the woman was healed at that moment.

This woman’s 12 years of suffering ended in an instant when she approached Jesus with firm expectation that something extraordinary was going to happen.
When you approach God, do it like that woman––with full assurance that He will do something miraculous in your life. She had an “issue of blood.” You may have a different kind of issue. When the Healer passed by near to where she was, she had already determined,“If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed.” Jesus is passing nearby to you right now. Let go of anything and everything that is holding you back. Reach out and touch Him. Nothing is impossible with God!
You may want to pray like this: Lord Jesus, I come to You––I reach out to touch the hem of Your garment––because I know I will be healed of the “issue” that is facing me. I exercise my faith. Do a miracle in me for Your honor and glory! I ask You in Your own mighty name, Amen!
