Proverbs 11:30. (NLT)
The seeds of good deeds become a tree of life; a wise person wins friends.
Proverbs 18:24. (NLT)
There are “friends” who destroy each other, but a real friend sticks closer than a brother.

Sowing good deeds into other peoples’ lives not only wins friends, but God says its seeds produce a tree of life which means ongoing sustenance.
Jesus said, ”There is no greater love than to give one’s life for a friend,” and that is exactly what He did for us when humankind was not being very friendly toward Him. Then He left this message for us: “You are my friends if you do what I say.” (John 15:13-14)
The extraordinary blessing hidden in all of these verses is this: you will have peace, provision and prosperity, and affliction will be far removed your home. That’s real “Home Security.”
Nurture a friendship today, and especially with your Faithful Friend who gave His life for you.
Pray like this: Father, thank You for Your friendship, for giving up Your Son’s life and thus blessing mine. I come to You eager to be Your friend and to follow in His steps. Help me to fulfill Your commands and desires for my life today. In the Name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
