Matthew 6:31-34 (NLT)
“So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.”

In this passage, Jesus is teaching you to not become dominated by negative thoughts or consumed by worry over every problem that comes your way.
Rather, remember that you have a Heavenly FATHER who already KNOWS ALL about you. Put your faith in Him, seek Him, trust Him, follow His counsel, surrender to Him as your Lord, and you will find He will provide you with everything you need. And don’t even think about being ashamed because this Father who knows you best also loves you most.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, thank Your for Your unfailing, all-encompassing love. I know You know all my problems and concerns. Today I choose to put them all in Your hands and to stop worrying, in full faith You will provide for everything I need. Today I am going to concentrate on following in Your ways. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
