Isaiah 59:1-2 (NLT)
Listen! The Lord’s arm is not too weak to save you, nor is his ear too deaf to hear you call. It’s your sins that have cut you off from God. Because of your sins, he has turned away and will not listen anymore.

Don’t look to blame others when you are having a difficult time and it was your fault. And don’t despair. God is still there, waiting for you to return to His arms to ask for forgiveness. He will listen to your petition and He will be faithful and powerful to answer you.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I recognize that I am suffering the consequences of my bad choices. Forgive me, cleanse me, I pray! Today I choose to alter my course to walk by Your side in freedom. In the name of Jesus, Amen!”
