1 Peter 1:6-7 (NLT)
So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.

The Apostle Peter said that faith has to be tested to prove that it is authentic. Faith activates in the face of adversity. It manifests when you are in difficulties, when there is no way out, when there is no other option, when you have exhausted all resources.
Trials, challenges and problems are the classrooms where your faith grows. Don’t skip school on those days. You will not get ahead on your own strength, by what your physical eyes perceive, or because of your personal knowledge and experience. The school of faith teaches you to lean on God and His Word, call on Him so that He can show you “great and mighty things that you do not know” (Jeremiah 33:3). Learning those lessons will be the foundation and the secret of your future successes.
Pray like this: Father God, now I understand that every trial or difficulty is not meant to crush or destroy me, but to develop my faith, so that the impossible becomes possible, and what is not seen becomes reality. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
