1 Kings 17:7-9 (NLT)
But after a while the brook dried up, for there was no rainfall anywhere in the land. Then the Lord said to Elijah, “Go and live in the village of Zarephath, near the city of Sidon. I have instructed a widow there to feed you.”

Elijah was cool, calm and collected. He had water and hew had the crows feeding him supernaturally. But one day the stream dried up, and another “illogical” provision of Heaven was introduced: be supported by the poorest woman in the city.
Something similar may be happening in your life: resources dry up, health deteriorates, peace is lost. In extreme situations like these is where you must be sensitive to specific instructions from God without clinging to human solutions.
Every day, God, who has methods that make the impossible possible, makes His wisdom and counsel available to you. Receive it, believe it and obey it like Elijah, and you will overcome this passing drought.
Pray like this: Father God, I believe You have resources from heaven for my life. I set aside my earthly logic to accept Your plans even when I don’t understand them. Help me to hear Your voice clearly so that I can overcome every situation I am going through. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
