Romans 5:6-8 (NLT)
When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners. Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.

Surely you would be willing to give your life for your son, but you most likely would hesitate to give it up for a sinner.
However, God loves you so much that although He knows every bad thought you have had and every evil thing you have done, He still gave the best that He had, his Son Jesus, so that your sins could be forgiven, you could inherit eternal life, and enjoy a fulfilled and abundant life on earth. Receive His gift today!
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, thank You for giving your Son to wipe away all my sins. I receive His gift now and I ask You to fill me and make me a blessing in everything I do every day. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
