Genesis 21:15-19 (NLT)
When the water was gone, she put the boy in the shade of a bush. Then she went and sat down by herself about a hundred yards[a] away. “I don’t want to watch the boy die,” she said, as she burst into tears. But God heard the boy crying, and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven, “Hagar, what’s wrong? Do not be afraid! God has heard the boy crying as he lies there. Go to him and comfort him, for I will make a great nation from his descendants.” Then God opened Hagar’s eyes, and she saw a well full of water. She quickly filled her water container and gave the boy a drink.

This woman was defenseless, wandering about in a desert without food or water. Her anguish was so great that thoughts of dying consumed her and she could not see the nearby well of water.
Today, the forecasts are negative and the is future uncertain. On top of the virus pandemic, the economic situation is getting worse with every passing day. But don’t let hopelessness and anxiety overcome you. Have faith and hope in God Whose resources are not far away from you. Ask Him to open your eyes to see the path of salvation He has prepared for you.
Pray like this: Father God, I confess I am very concerned about this current situation, and so I come to You to ask that You open my eyes to see the provision You have made for me and my household. I trust in You and I ask this of You in the Name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
