Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later. For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are.

Darkness only exists where the light is off. Evil only prevails when good is hidden.
For light to shine and good prevail in your life, the first requirement is that you to be a child of God and make the decision to overcome darkness and evil rather than join them.
When you do, you will come to know the plan that God has already prepared for your life, and you will see what all of creation has been awaiting: for you flip your switch to the “On” position––by helping the poor and the sick, by giving love and hope to the one who has lost it, by encouraging the discouraged so they can rise from the pit they are and climb to the top.
Pray like this: Father God, today I decide to be your son / daughter. I turn away from darkness and evil so that I can to bring Your light to all the creation around me that has been waiting on me to fulfill Your plan for me. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
