Ephesians 4:22-24 (NLT)
Throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.

Your thoughts determine how you live your moments and set the course for how you will live your life. They predispose you to do well or not so well, to fail or to succeed.
God not only counsels that you to get rid of all the negative and evil thinking that you used to live by, that only steers you toward discouragement and defeat, and eventually corrupts you and everything around you.
Instead, He invites you to let the Spirit of God renew your mind more and more every day and give you a new nature according to God’s own nature––one that steers you to live righteously and holy, clear and clean.
Deactivate the bad. Activate the excellent.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I renounce my bad and corrupt way of thinking. I put the on the altar of sacrifice. I do not want it in my life any more. Forgive me. And now I receive this Word and open the door to You, Holy Spirit, to invade my mind and renew it so that my manner of living changes. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
