Joshua 1:8 (NLT)
Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.

God is big, but He is not complicated. These were His simple and concise instructions to Joshua as he took over the reins of leadership from Moses:
1) Read and study the Word of God every day.
2) Meditate and reflect on what it says, and what it is saying to you.
3) Obey it. Put what you received into practice.
Doing so will bring abundance of provision in every area of your life, and you will succeed in all you do!
Don’t complicate it. These instructions still work today, and the promise is still good.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, thank You for your Word which is always for my good. I am going to read it, think about it every day so that all that I think, speak and do is according to what You have said to me. Yes, speak Lord, for Your servant is listening. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
