Joshua 4:22-24 (NLT)
“Then you can tell them, ‘This is where the Israelites crossed the Jordan on dry ground.’ For the Lord your God dried up the river right before your eyes, and he kept it dry until you were all across, just as he did at the Red Sea when he dried it up until we had all crossed over. He did this so all the nations of the earth might know that the Lord’s hand is powerful, and so you might fear the Lord your God forever.”

The Bible is full of stories like these to remind us that God, in every situation, always has a solution.
Nothing we are experiencing across the globe today was in anyone’s plans out even wildest imagination. It is both unique and historical. But rise up in faith. The same almighty God who could open the sea and draw water from the desert will also be with you. Do not bemoan the current state of affairs. Rather believe, because there is nothing difficult or impossible for God.
Pray like this: Lord, thank You for Your faithfulness to Your people throughout all time. This story brings great encouragement to me in these difficult times. I put my trust in the fact that everything changes for the better when it is placed in Your hands, and that Your plans are better than mine. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
