Psalm 34:8-10 (NLT)
Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him! Fear the Lord, you his godly people, for those who fear him will have all they need. Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing.

King David had gone through all kinds of difficult trials in his life and in this Psalm issues a challenge to you: “Try God.”
What he is proposing is that you try out the benefits of putting God first in everything because the benefits you taste will bring you to trust in God even more. You will be a cheerful person. The results will not be dependent on your strength but He himself will take care of supplying all your needs and seeing to it that you lack none of the things that are good for you and for others.
Pray like this: Father God, I decide to trust You and believe in Your promises. I surrender myself completely into Your hands. I receive faith and joy from You for today and every day. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
