Isaiah 30:12-13 (NLT)
This is the reply of the Holy One of Israel: “Because you despise what I tell you and trust instead in oppression and lies, calamity will come upon you suddenly—like a bulging wall that bursts and falls. In an instant it will collapse and come crashing down.

God is speaking a warning here that there are small things that produce cracks in your life—ongoing family arguments, habits you think you control but that really control you, inappropriate thoughts and sinful actions that follow them—these are cracks that can bring everything down and ruin the future of blessing God prepared for you. Cracks always carry the threat of destruction. Start right now to repair any damage in your life!
Pray this way: Lord, thank You for this warning that has made me suddenly aware of the weaknesses in my life, my home and my relationships. I ask forgiveness for all my sin. Help me repair all the cracks so that my life does not fall apart. I’m asking you in the name of Jesus, Amen!
