Judges 4:1-3 (NLT)
After Ehud’s death, the Israelites again did evil in the Lord’s sight. So the Lord turned them over to King Jabin of Hazor, a Canaanite king. The commander of his army was Sisera, who lived in Harosheth-haggoyim. Sisera, who had 900 iron chariots, ruthlessly oppressed the Israelites for twenty years. Then the people of Israel cried out to the Lord for help.

An entire nation had done evil in the eyes of God and their disobedience brought disastrous consequences that lasted for decades.
The same is happening today in nations, cities, families and individuals. Walking down the wrong path making decisions that are contrary to the will of God eventually reaps curses that affect health, welfare and relationships. Those curses can only be broken by crying out to the Lord and following Him.
Pray like this: Lord, thank You for this wake-up call. I identify with having had to pay a high price for my mistakes. I cry out to You for help. I want Your favor. Help me, Lord! I repent for the error of my ways and I give my life to You, Lord Jesus, to do Your will. In Your name I pray, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
