Breaking Through Mediocrity

Breaking Through Mediocrity

Joshua 18:3 (NLT)

Then Joshua asked them, “How long are you going to wait before taking possession of the remaining land the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given to you?

Joshua, together with his fellow Hebrews, had conquered only half the land that God had promised them. They were “in the middle” and that mediocrity not only prevented them from going for more, but they ran the risk of losing what they had already achieved.

Today God tells you that He has more for your life. Because of that, you need to move with intentionality towards your dream by placing yourself in His hands, believing that He will give you the vision, the weapons, the tools and the strength to achieve the goals He has for you.

Pray this way: Lord, on this day I am taking steps to break off my passivity and mediocrity, believing that Your plans for my life have not ended. I put my life in Your hands and I rise up to move forward in faith. In the name of Jesus, Amen!

Have a blessed day!
