Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living. Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.

The last couple of years have been very difficult all around the world. Pandemics & war have impacted every kind of health––physical, mental, even spiritual and wreaked havoc on economies. Every sector of society has been affected one way or other, and no one knows for sure when it will end and what it will be the lasting effects.
In the midst of so much uncertainty, you can make this promise from God yours: trust, because you will see all the good that the Lord has prepared for you. Wait patiently and bravely. Push yourself. Do what you’ve never attempted before, and God will reward your attitude and acts of faith.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I believe in Your promises and I trust in Your faithfulness. They are worthy of all my efforts. I choose to be strong in You, strengthened by Your Word, because I know I, too, will see Your goodness on my life and on my house here in the land where I live. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
