Luke 7:18-22 (NLT)
The disciples of John the Baptist told John about everything Jesus was doing. So John called for two of his disciples, and he sent them to the Lord to ask him, “Are you the Messiah we’ve been expecting, or should we keep looking for someone else?” John’s two disciples found Jesus and said to him, “John the Baptist sent us to ask, ‘Are you the Messiah we’ve been expecting, or should we keep looking for someone else?’” At that very time, Jesus cured many people of their diseases, illnesses, and evil spirits, and he restored sight to many who were blind. Then he told John’s disciples, “Go back to John and tell him what you have seen and heard—the blind see, the lame walk, those with leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised to life, and the Good News is being preached to the poor.”

King Herod had imprisoned John the Baptist, who then began to doubt as to whether Jesus was really the Savior of the world or if they should expect another Messiah.
When your adverse circumstances linger on, you, too, may begin to wonder if this Jesus on whom you are calling is really able to help you or if you should turn to another.
For the past two thousand years, the answer remains the same: Jesus continues to heal the sick, restore lives, cut off curses, uproot evil, forgive sins, give eternal life, and proclaim good news to those who are suffering.
There is no other! Come to Jesus right now.
Pray like this: Father God, in the midst of my problems, I confess that I have harbored some doubts about who You really are and what You can do. Today I do a reset, believing that You, the Jesus Who came to do those all those miracles yesterday, continues to do them today and forever. I come back to You and ask for Your blessing, in the name of Jesus, Amen!
