Anchors Aweigh

Anchors Aweigh

Isaiah 44:22 (NLT)
“I have swept away your sins like a cloud. I have scattered your offenses like the morning mist. Oh, return to me, for I have paid the price to set you free.”

Sin always enslaves. It acts like a brake. It feels like an anchor dragging bottom that prevents you from moving forward, from developing, from being free to achieve your dreams. It is a barrier that separates you from God and the blessings He has in store for you and for everything and everyone around you.

But today the Lord calls to you to give you the opportunity to return to Him, to make a 180-degree turn in your life and to completely change course.

Jesus died on the cross to bear all your sins and scatter all their negative consequences. He paid the price for you to be completely free and to live a blessed and abundant life.

Pray this way: Father God, I ask for Your forgiveness for my sins and I return to You with all my heart. I receive the promise of freedom to develop the dreams and projects You have prepared for me. Thank You for covering the payment in full for me! In the name of Jesus, Amen!

Have a blessed day!
