Nehemiah 8:10 (NLT)
And Nehemiah continued, “Go and celebrate with a feast of rich foods and sweet drinks, and share gifts of food with people who have nothing prepared. This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!”

It is scientifically proven that if you live depressed, sad, fearful, worried, your immune system weakens and your body becomes ill. That is why Nehemiah declared the counsel of the Lord to the people, which is also for you: even in the midst of great trial, do not lose the joy that God has given you, for in that joy there is strength greater than your difficulties. Journeying with the Lord turns every painful venture into an adventure of joy.
You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I confess and declare today that everything is under Your control and I do not need to be worried about anything. I exchange my anxiety and despair for the joy I have in You and I receive the strength I need to face each challenge with confidence because You are with me. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
Have a blessed day!
