A Critical Lesson From The Vineyard

A Critical Lesson From The Vineyard

John 15:5 (NLT)

“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.”

Today if someone were to say to you, “Without me, you wouldn’t be able to do anything,” it would sound arrogant, domineering and even threatening.

But Jesus’ intentions are far from this. He is wanting to with join you to give you life and support in every thing and every way so that His power flowing through you will empower you to achieve everything He has designed for you.

Just as a branch if it remains connected to the vine will produce an abundant harvest of grapes, your life, your family and the work of your hands will be fruitful if you remain connected to the Lord Jesus.

You may want to pray something like this: Father God, I recognize that apart from You, I will achieve little or nothing in my life. That is why today I make the choice to be connected to You and to allow no one or anything to separate me from You, because You are my Vine. I believe and declare that with Jesus I can achieve everything. In His name, Amen!

Have a blessed day!
