Usually over the last weekend of September Youth Initiatives gathers the young volunteer leaders from across the 6 NI branches for a residential training weekend. 
 

While we find ourselves still unable to do residential weekends we were able to gather over 100 volunteers aged 15 to 25 for 3 days of training and fellowship from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th September. 
 

The weekend looked at how when we understand each other better we work stronger together as teams. Personality Types, Love Languages and Conflict Management styles alongside a team building games sessions is how we engaged with this years volunteer leaders. 
 

Time was also spent building relationships through shared meals, board game stations and conversation. Prayer and worship time began and ended each day as well as attending a variety of churches and sharing brunch together on Sunday. 
 

Please pray for these volunteer leaders as they help us run 37 youth programmes across our 6 NI branches in this coming year. Pray for their personal growth and development and that they know more of who God has called them to be.
